Thanks for visiting us to learn about the public art project in Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL that shares some history and stories about DePaul University! The mural project is situated under the Fullerton Ave. CTA train station, and a series of murals adorn the concrete pillars that hold the train station up. The station is the ‘L’ that the ‘Little School’ (DePaul University) was ‘under’ when it was established in 1898. Twenty four pillar murals have been completed by students and lead artist Bro. Mark Elder, cm. We hope you enjoy browsing the photos and learning a little about DePaul University’s history!
