Celebrating Michael Foster & ‘The Book of Boba Fett’

BFA 2013 Acting Alumni  Michael Foster started working with ILM Stagecraft for The Book of Boba Fett in fall of 2020. Since then they have worked on multiple Starwars Television shows (boba Fett, Obi-wan, The Mandalorian) and are currently the Capture Supervisor on an upcoming Starwars show.

Him & His team recently were awarded a technical science and engineer Emmy for our Stagecraft Virtual Production work and are currently nominated for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Season or Movie.

Lost Works: What Could Have Been Project Started by Alum

Lost Works: What could Have Been, is an essay featured in Howlround and initiative by KRISTIN IDASZAK (BFA, Theatre Arts, ’09 & Faculty) that endeavors to pay tribute to the work abruptly stopped by the COVED-19 outbreak. Middle Passage at Lifeline Theatre

Middle Passage, Lifeline Theatre, closes 4/5/2020. HUNTER BRYANT (BFA, Acting, ’17) and MICHAEL MORROW (BFA, Acting, ’18) are in the cast, GREGORY J. FIELDS (BFA, Acting, ’19) understudies. SIMEAN CARPENTER  (BFA, Lighting Design, ’18) is the lighting designer. MAREN ROBINSON (Faculty) is the dramaturg.
