Waiting for the Light to Change Screening & Limited Release

Waiting for the Light to Change, the 2023 Slamdance Grand Jury Prize-winning film produced at DePaul University, is being released in theaters and on digital platforms. The film, which was co-written by Linh Tran, JEWELLS SANTOS (BFA Playwriting, ’17), and DELIA VAN PRAAG (BFA Playwriting ’18), and was produced by Jewells and SAM STRALEY (BFA Acting ’17) who is also featured in the cast, will screen at the Gene Siskel Film Center on September 22nd – 28th, followed by a Q&A on 9/23, 9/24, and 9/27. Get your ticket half off when you show your DePaul ID at the box office. Waiting for the Light to Change will also be released on DVD and all digital platforms in North America on October 20th.
