Search hundreds of technology articles in the Knowledge Base

Since launching the Help Desk’s Knowledge Base back in 2019, it has received over 1,000,000 article views. We’re not bragging. We just wanted you to know. Maybe, we’re showing off a little. If you have a DePaul-based technology question, there’s a good chance you can find answers in the Knowledge Base.

  • Visit the Help Desk Knowledge Base by using the search bar at helpdesk.depaul.edu. For the best experience, make sure to login to the portal first.

DePaul’s Virtual Lab

DePaul University has developed a new virtual lab environment using Azure Virtual Desktop in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud for students and faculty. Connect to DePaul’s virtual computing environment for access to software and services that were previously mainly available on campus. It’s like a DePaul computer lab, but it’s on your computer. Magical!
