The DePaul University Student Interfaith Council is dedicated to the university’s rich tradition of diversity and inclusion.

As an Interfaith Council, we are enthusiastic to partake in the growing interfaith movement around the world. Mindful of our close global interconnections, we collectively reach out with our hands, hearts, minds, and spirits, so as to dissolve the conflicts born of misunderstood differences. Confidently, we embrace, celebrate, and seek to understand the similarities of the human experience as a way of strengthening our own faith commitment.

As representatives of our respective Student Religious Organizations to the Interfaith Council, we are devoted to the creation of partnerships between our organizations, so as to foster and model the interfaith spirit for our DePaul community. Our intention is not to dissolve faith, but to cultivate understanding, cooperation, and dialogue among the many traditions of faith at DePaul University.
