Karen Sheridan (MFA 1986 Acting) is in the cast & is playing “Esther” in the premiere production of Eric Coble’s The Hat Box. Karen’s been an actor, director and teacher for many years in Michigan, Chicago and beyond. She’s worked with the exceptional Williamston Theatre playing Betty in Chapatti, Sarah Bernhardt in Memoir, Williamina Fleming in Silent Sky, Hannah in The Safe House and various radicals in 900 Miles to International Falls. Karen performed outdoors as Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing with the new Fenton Shakespeare Festival in 2021. Here’s to all the storytellers—professional and otherwise—makin’ it back.
