Blues for an Alabama Sky, Remy Bumppo Theatre at Theater Wit, closes 10/15/2023. MIKAEL BURKE (MFA, Directing, ’18) directs. EDGAR SANCHEZ (BFA, Acting, ’07) is in the cast and TAE SANTOS (MFA, Acting, ’23) is an understudy.  EMILY ALTMAN (Staff) is the scenic charge artist, JEAN E. COMPTON (BFA, Stage Management, ’14) is the stage manager, MARTINE KEI GREEN-ROGERS (Dean) is the dramaturg, SAM LANCASTER (BFA, Theatre Technology, ’23) is the assistant props designer, LAUREN NICHOLS (Faculty) is the scenic designer, MANUEL ORTIZ (BFA, Acting, ’12) is the technical director, SHADANA PATTERSON (MFA, Acting, ’15) is the dialect and vocal designer, and CAMILLE PUGLIESE (BFA, Dramaturgy/Criticism, ’24) is the assistant dramaturg.
