This web application is a time series of hurricanes and earthquakes around the United States from January 1 2000- January 1 2009. Earthquakes are symbolized by green circles with larger circles representing the stronger earthquakes. The hurricanes are represented by colored lines, the green lines are when wind speeds are under 45mph and red lines are over 80mph. You can see the progression of both earthquakes and hurricanes for the whole time set, as well as in 6 month increments.
