Not too long ago, I wrote about how I was trying out Curology. I’m back with a few updates.
To begin with, my skin isn’t that problematic. My T-zone occasionally breaks out, I get some blemishes if I eat too much sugar (just like most do), and it’s on the oily side. Other than that, I don’t have hormonal acne or anything like that. With that being said, my results might be a little different.
After what felt like six weeks (it probably was six weeks), my Curology sample finally came. I had it delivered to my house in the suburbs on accident instead of my apartment. That just increased the amount of waiting time for me to get it.
I eventually got it from home and followed the steps.
The first few days, I honestly didn’t notice much. There was no overnight transformation or anything like that. My skin did feel a little smooth, but that was from the product drying onto my skin.
It wasn’t until about a week and a half into using it that my skin started to change. Again, nothing drastic. I did notice the colony of clogged flesh-colored pores on my forehead gradually disappear. The last time I had those go away, I had to cut out carbs completely (Keto diet, anyone?)
I won’t lie, my skin did feel soft after staying consistent with it. Unfortunately, my free sample (actually $5) ran out and I am waiting for my actual bottle of it to arrive. My skin wasn’t as good when I stopped using it. It’s something you need to keep using if you want to see results or keep your skin consistently clear. It comes with a pricetag, too.
