Kent State University is offering an opportunity to participate in a voluntary research study about authentic self-functioning, self-compassion, and burnout. This study is being conducted by Dr. Joshua Castleberry at Kent State University and Dr. Michael Leeman at Southeastern Louisiana University.
Participants will be asked to do the following: Participate in an online survey by completing several measures. Overall, they hope to gain information about how authenticity relates to burnout.
The Purpose of the study is to explore how authenticity, self-compassion and rumination may be related to burnout and well-being. Participants are invited to take part in this study if you meet the following criteria:
