Advocacy Power Hour: Mapping a Courageous Leadership Journey

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, the American Counseling Association (ACA) is working towards encouraging not only counselors, but female counselors, to run for office! Join us on March 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern) for our Advocacy Power Hour on “Mapping A Courageous Leadership Journey” with She Should Run®!

We can’t expect to achieve the best policies when nearly half the population is shut out from policy and decision making. And we won’t reach equal representation in our lifetime unless a pipeline of hundreds of thousands more women who don’t currently see their place in political leadership begin to see it as a possibility within reach.

Participants will leave the session better able to:

  • Understand the value of gender parity in leadership for business and politics
  • Invite and support women to pursue leadership opportunities
  • Determine their individual path to civic engagement

Find out what role you play in strengthening our democracy and what steps you can take to solve gender inequality! Space is limited. RSVP by March 10th to reserve your space.

We look forward to seeing you at the Advocacy Power Hour!
