Yoga for Helping Professionals
YOU’RE INVITED:
Wed. 11/17 @ 9am-10am CT to “Yoga for Helping Professional” — a virtual yoga class specifically for therapists (and therapists-in-training), MDs, NP’s Nurses, and Patient Support Staff.
The class will be hosted by Bridgepoint Psychology Center and taught by Charlotte Waldmeir, a current 2nd year DePaul Masters students in the CMHC track. This class is a space where mental health professionals can invest in themselves and their wellbeing so they can more effectively serve their clients and communities.
The class is designed for all and will include breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle movement to connect the mind and body.

Counseling faculty advisors are planning to facilitate an information session for counseling master’s students considering doctoral programs. This poll will help us in finalizing a date for the information session. The poll will be open until Friday, November 5th at 5:00 pm.
