Free Virtual Mindfulness Martial Arts 8 week class for adults 18 and over, All Fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to participate. Sessions start Sat, April 10th at 12:30pm. Weekly sessions are from 12:30-1:30pm. Mindfulness Martial Arts can help provide a holistic approach to reducing stress, anxiety, depression and trauma-related experiences as well as improvement of overall mental and physical wellness. Classes will include Qigong mindfulness exercises and basic martial arts techniques.
