Internship Opportunity- Communities In Schools of Chicago

Communities In Schools of Chicago is currently planning group interviews as a part of their 24-25 internship application process. This is a CMHC internship opportunity for students interns especially interested in learning about Social Emotional Learning and Integrated Student Supports in schools.

Interested students should send a current resume, cover letter, and letter of interest to Paul Fagen at pfagen@cisofchicago.org. In the letter of interest students should highlight: their interest in the work of Communities In Schools of Chicago, why they want to train with the organization, and what they hope to learn. Someone from Communities In Schools of Chicago will follow up with candidates directly to confirm their attendance at the group interview. Interested students should apply ASAP.

After they receive these application materials, they are scheduling their candidate group interviews for Wednesday morning, March 6 from 9:00 a.m. -12:00 noon.  This will take place at their central office at 815 W. Van Buren Street, Suite 300, Chicago, IL  60607. As in years past, they will use this time to introduce their work and the role of the intern, engage in activities that include case reviews and group discussions, explain next steps, and answer any questions that candidates may have.
