Counseling Student Colleague,
My name is Aaron Ray, a doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at The University of Akron. You are invited to participate in my research study. The purpose of the study is to gain knowledge about counselor trainees’ academic entitlement, counselor professional identity, and counseling self-efficacy.
By completing this survey, you will have the opportunity to win a $50 Amazon gift card raffle.
Participation is for those who are currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counseling master’s program practicum or internship.
Your participation can help advance the counseling profession in the following ways:
1. Give back to the field.
2. Improve our knowledge of counseling practicum and internship.
3. Help counselor educators and supervisors work with students.
4. Assist in the completion of a peer doctoral degree.
Participation is voluntary and may take up to 20 minutes. You will complete a demographic questionnaire and three short self-report measures. Your privacy will be protected, and no identifying information will be collected.
