My name is Byeolbee Um and I am an assistant professor in the Professional Counseling program at the University of Oklahoma. I am currently collecting data for the study about counseling trainees’ professional identity and multicultural/social justice counseling competencies development. I have obtained IRB approval from the University of Oklahoma.

In order to participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:

(a) a master’s student who will graduate after March 2025

(b) currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counseling program in the United States

Participants will be asked to take a survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. A $10 Amazon gift card will be given to 50 participants who agree to enter the raffle.
