What Makes Us Different
Our program is flexible in allowing students to be active participants while also balancing their other life commitments. We offer both part-time and full-time options for completing our program. Numerous funding opportunities for students are available. We are an Approved Center for Play Therapy Education and have numerous funding opportunities for students.
Application Deadline
November 1st
Admission occurs once per year, with coursework beginning in the fall semester. Interviews typically occur in mid-December.

What We Do
Our doctoral students consistently publish research articles, practitioner articles, and book chapters, receive awards, present at local, regional, and national conferences, and actively lead our program. At the Counseling and Social Advocacy Center (CSAC), our program’s counseling center, doctoral students actively partner with the local community to organize and present at conferences focusing on various topics, including play therapy, grief, and trauma.
