Rebecca Opamen, a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Texas Tech University, is conducting a quantitative research study on the relationship between racial identity and career decision making self-efficacy on counseling students’ career satisfaction.

Open to graduate students (master’s and doctoral) enrolled in the Counseling or Counselor Education program who have completed the first clinical (practicum) course. Below is a  information sheet that provides more details about this research. This information sheet states that graduate students will be asked to complete a questionnaire and survey. Their participation is completely voluntary, and they can stop at any point during the study. At the end of the survey, participants have an opportunity to complete a second survey to enter in a drawing to win one of four $25 visa gift cards.
