The Relationship Therapy Center (RTC) has an upcoming 2023 Fellowship for Post-grads. We’ve hosted these Fellowships for the past 6 years and have experienced them to be invaluable for new therapists who wish to become exceptional at working with couples. Our goal is to help train the next generation of exceptional couples therapists.
While we are located in St. Louis Park, MN, we are expanding our search for Fellows nationally in order to identify the most passionate candidates. We are also looking to increase our diversity – a top priority for us at RTC. Our current Fellows have come from all over the country seeking this unique opportunity to receive the highest level of training, combined with the rare ability to earn a full-time wage for their hard work!
Only 12 therapists will be chosen for this 3-year Fellowship. The Fellowship is typically a paid Post-Grad position in which small cohorts learn to become skilled couples therapists. The Fellowship includes all of the training, supervision, and support therapists need to become licensed and reach the goal of becoming an exceptional couples therapist. A few exceptional practicum students will also be chosen for this opportunity. Practicum students will start their Fellowship with us in a paid full-time practicum followed by a post-grad experience. After the Fellowship, fellows usually stay on at RTC, where we help them specialize in an area of their interest. We have a vibrant community at RTC. Many therapists find this to be a great place to work for many years with lots of opportunities for advancement.
We are looking for therapists who are: passionate about working with couples (no experience necessary), good community members, are able and interested in working full-time and are available when couples can come to therapy (weekends and evenings).
