Job Summary: The Director of Education will be responsible for taking organizational goals and defining the strategies, and methods that will result in meeting set goals.

Strategies and methods will include designing, planning, training, and overseeing the implementation of academic & educational programs and activities for youth in kindergarten through 12th grade resulting in academic progression and next grade level readiness.

The Director of Education is a member of the program team and will work at sites at least 50% of the time coaching and mentoring program coordinators and program assistants to ensure long term academic success for our members.
