Teaching for Democracy: Civics across the Curriculum

At the DePaul Civics Initiative, we have built an innovative, interdisciplinary and impactful approach to teaching civics. We are eager to share the lessons of our civics curriculum, which is centered on the social contract and designed to encourage discussions across differences.

If you are interested in invigorating civics at your institution or in your classroom, please join us at the Civics Initiative’s: Teaching for Democracy: Civics across the Curriculum event to learn more about our approach and rationale, as well as gain access to resources and pedagogical tools for creating your own curriculum.
